Deserves a star for concept, namely the opportunity for past and present employees to testify about a companys work environment and shortcomings. Otherwise, the app is frustrating to navigate and frequently leads to deadends with no apparent exit. For example, job postings include a star rating for the employer but theres no link to the reviews themselves; you have do a separate search by company to see more. Speaking of search, it isnt obvious how to return to the collective postings after performing a search.
