2.5.3 has not fixed the crashing issues Ive occurred during 2.5.0. Specifically, if I view a job description and then navigate away from the page, the app crashes. Other crashes happen during similar instances. I have not had the patience to pin point when these other crashes occur but vaguely remember viewing salary or interview pages while they happened.

At first I thought this was a great app, found a couple of jobs, saved them and tried to apply from a desktop.... After the jobs werent showing up on the actual employers website or showed up as closed, I realized that glassdoor recycles old job postings and posts them as new. Also, a lot of these jobs arent posted by the employers themselves, other job sites post openings to then be forwarded to their site, only for them to phish for your information. Sadly, this app was a no go.......

I can get the app to the screen where it asks for job interests. And then it crashes. Disappointed.

Great for getting salary info and finding jobs. App randomly logs you out and have to sign back in

App closes when you click on Memorial Sloan Kettering company. Fix this bug. Annoying!!!!

Pros: - Good UI, smooth flow - Good search results - lots of company details - Save searches with custom filters for distance , date posted, company rating, job term (FT,PT,Intern,Contract) - Search notifications - "Easy Apply" for some jobs lets you apply with just a few steps. Cons: - Cannot change filters on a saved search - No history of recent searches - Cannot manage your saved resumes from the mobile app I use this app every day. So far its the best job search app Ive found. Company reviews might not be skewed.. I can say this from experience: the company I work at is horrible but has a 5 star rating because the CEO is the only person who posted a review. LOL. YMMV

It really fine tunes the job search process.

Job alerts are good, but company reviews are better!

The biggest disappointment is the limited viewing of reviews and salaries. Even after creating an account, the content is limited and makes the app almost useless. Comments about whether job postings are current is also something to consider. Some jobs are labeled as "new" where I fact theyre a month old. Overall there are some good content but needs some improvement.

Everybody wants to have a general idea of the salary before considering.
