THIS APP IS FIRED!!!🔥

when searching for a specific job title at a company no results ever show up, however they do on the website. Please fix this as the app is great to use otherwise!

Remote positions are supposed to be a benefit to the applicant as well as the company but oftentimes it is not. Believe in yourself, be bold in your thoughts and ideas. Talk to the gm or owner of the business and maybe you can find an acceptable solution. I have worked for a non-profit for 5 years without pay but I have found alternative sources of income, follow the news, go to school, as I do not feel that I know enough, so I am constantly learning. I love facts, innovations, and ideas!

Glassdoor is a fake scam site, nothing posted there is real, it’s all business propaganda and false advertising.

I feel like service has been designed for Glassdoor to snitch on people by selling their identity to the employer so these could take an action

Everything creates an error, search within salaries or reviews is terrible (ex if I write “marketing” it pulls up only things with that exact title instead of all marketing titles/roles, this is annoying when there are multiple roles you’d like to see data for), every time I search a company I get a “oops, something went wrong” error…how in 2025 do you have such a poor app. Lastly, it’s ridiculous you can’t contribute reviews via the app

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This app is a scam, they take your data and sell it illegally. It happened to me, and it will happen to you if you use this app, not to mention I’ve never gotten a job or even an interview from them, it’s just a data farm. Not a job search. If you’re actually looking for a job, delete Glassdoor and apply through the companies website or put in a paper application if you actually want any luck

Keeps saying something went wrong and yes it's updated.

The like button for posted reviews don’t work and neither does the three dot icon for the menu.

Imagine making an app where u can rate a company just to look for where to leave a review for 20 minutes, you Biden voters are really good at making competent apps

The job search doesn’t work and u can’t go to your saved jobs or anything else it won’t load and you can’t go to your profile because nothing will load it will say come back later been like this for a few days they need to update the app

This is definitely NOT the app to use if you’re looking for a job. Completely useless. Also, don’t give out your info! Say away from this app!

Always glitching seem to work better on the web

You’re not even allowed to delete your account unless you email them directly. What’s up with that?!

Option to follow companies has disappeared from iOS app. Also despite searching for jobs in a specific metro area I continue to see jobs out of state.

The app keeps going down and wants you to flip back and forth between the app and website.

Glassdoor has a potential of being a great source for those who are looking for a job but it doesn’t help when there’s pop up questionnaires that will have you fill in your personal information before you advance to what you’re really looking for. It will cut my job search on the page by almost 70% if it didn’t have the pop ups of having to answer “job search questions” I would prefer a filter option rather than forcibly have to fill in all this information to a job that I’m “potentially” going for. It will even go as far as asking for reviews from your previous employers before getting actual access to their website. I truly wish the website would be more accessible for those who are simply looking for a job without having strings attached to a third party website that will forever store my information. It might be a preference thing but It’s unnecessary!

I downloaded this app, put my user info in, including email. Their headline for my account says that I am an employee of a foreign company. Why? Because my email address is based in a foreign country. I never put my work history in this app, so how does that work?

Doesn’t let me write a review, and doesn’t fully explain why I can’t send feedback on the app. I wanted to share my opinion of a former job to warn people but it won’t let me. Just don’t work at Kroger.

Glassdoor app is well laid out and easy to maneuver. I’m impressed with the design and the community sections. Good to see Glassdoor revamped its operations.

The app doesn’t save your personal info, doesn’t save search preferences and i just went to check on a job i applied for and it doesn’t show anything in my saved, searched or applied jobs!! the app is unusable at this point because theres no way to guarantee that the information i put in is accurate on the other end. The only confirmation that the app works as intended is the jobs reply sometimes. The website is where ill do my business for now.

Till last update i was big fan of this app but now its broken and nothing working for me. Please fix if possible

Anytime you try to click a button its a crapshoot if it will actually work. Forget trying to go back a screen, you will have to refresh and re-enter everything.

This place finds you jobs that fit you best!

I like this app but I’m scrolling through and it freezes every single time. It may or may not give me a “something went wrong. Tray again later” but I still have to close it out and start all over. I’ve updated, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Screen keeps jumping around

Every time you click a job, look it over, and then go back and attempt to look at the overall list, the app glitches and puts you back at the search box again/you have to scroll alllllll the way back down to wherever you were. Not worth it. Deleting.

It’s ludicrous that I have to write reviews in order to perform research.

I have an iPhone 12 with iOS 18.3.2. First, the app wouldn’t let me log in. Now the app doesn’t respond to zoom in/out prompts. How can you have users trust you? We jobseekers need someone who will have our backs. I don’t see that here. Patch the app already!

Time for big changes

Loved this app the last three times i had to look for a job over the past seven years. But this time, has turned into a right wing fascist echo chamber, stay away if you don’t want to inundated with right wing crypto bros rants. Also, the “bowls” feature doesn’t work, i tried to set it up, and it just keeps saying I need to verify. But when I click on verify it says I’m verified and crashes.

Tried to make an account with my Google account but it keeps reading error, and then I go to my an account without the Google connected but it tells me to go back and connect it and then I'm sent the same error!

Not the easiest to navigate. Not like indeed but working on it. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Set up account and was restricted before I could even use it.

They try to verify your employment, and for what reason? The software can't fathom I'm employed without accessing my work email? The job suggestions are lackluster at best. No I don't want to be a diesel mechanic in New York. So dumb.

Excellent app, but a major drawback (for my specific situation) is that the screen flips to portrait mode when responding to a blog post. Using the Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro with the GlassDoor app is mostly a positive experience. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

For whatever reason I keep getting in-person out of state recommendations. I can understand if it were remote positions but they are not.

Got hired the same day I applied and downloaded this app!!!

Used to be great but now it’s not nearly as easy to use, has lots of glitches, and unfortunately it doesn’t let you fix errors in your own profile. Sad, it used to be my go to app for company reviews

Keeps me informed of current employment opportunities.

I have worked at Advocate Construction for 2 years now and I continue to be excited to go to work every day. All jobs are work, right? It is the culture of the company you are a part of that matters. Advocate is constantly improving and always supportive. I have worked in several companies where the leadership was invisible. The leaders at Advocate are engaged. From the CEO to my director manager, I am constantly made to feel a valued part of the team. Most importantly, everyone here values family and respects each other. This is a culture where I am thriving!

Glassdoor is a breath of fresh air, the site is efficient and easy to navigate.

This app delivers a great experience for you and the community to enjoy and share with each others in the community.

A lot of these easy apply jobs will make up fake job postings just to get your information so that they can send you spam texts and emails. I’ve only been applying for jobs that take me directly to theemployers’s website. A lot of employers don’t use Glassdoor, so when you see a job posting that might fit, it will show that it’s been there for a few weeks, which means that the employer did not take the posting down. I wish this app provided more security protection for its users.

Not sure anyone wants to help me I’m damaged goods to most people and families but maybe a chance to prove myself

I only wish instead of it transferring to the indeed website to apply it would instead transfer to the app
